Hook Schools Community Association

PLEASE help us, volunteer!
Remember…. ONE hour, ONE event, ONCE a year… really makes a HUGE difference!

About HSCA

The Hook Schools Community Association (“HSCA”) is a charity dedicated to raising funds for both the Hook Infant School and Hook Junior School in Hook, Hampshire.

Our association members are made up of all parents and teachers of both schools, as well as elected friends. All members are represented by the charity trustees who are elected at the Annual General Meeting. The actual events are organised and run by these trustees and a team of dedicated parent volunteers – our events team. We are always on the lookout for volunteers – sign up at our PTA events page or get in touch! Volunteering at just one event or as an events team member is a great way to make friends, get to know the schools, is extremely rewarding but also great fun!

Even if you cannot volunteer, please come along to our events and join in the fun! Our largest events are the Hook Annual Fireworks (one of the biggest social events in the village calendar), annual Beer/Gin festivals, the Christmas Fair (complete with Santa’s Grotto) and the Summer Fair with a great selection of family entertainment.

Hook Schools Community Association. Raising funds for Hook Infant School and Hook Junior School

Just wanted to wish everyone a very Happy New Year! Looking back over the end of 2021 we feel very lucky that we were able to have 2 of our main events, with the Fireworks and the Christmas fair. We are pleased to inform all our supporters that in the Autumn term, all our fundraising events raised in excess of £20,000 for the Hook Schools, a record start! So a HUGE thanks to everyone who volunteered at one of the events, we could not do it without you and we hope you are pleased with what your efforts have generated. Thanks too to everyone who attended and supported our events. So bring on 2022 & lots more fun events, we hope – surely, we are due an awesome year! A very Happy & Safe New Year to you all – Sarah & The HSCA Team #pta #hook #newyear2022 ... See MoreSee Less
